Programme From User Stories to Acceptance Tests
Cet atelier de 2 jours vous apportera les outils et les connaissances nécessaires pour améliorer la communication entre le management et les équipes et pour optimiser la qualité du logiciel dès le départ. Vous apprendrez à développer et livrer un logiciel sur mesure au travers d'une gestion collaborative du besoin et de pratiques de spécifications et de tests agiles et lean.
La formation est tirée de l'ouvrage "Specifications by Example: From User Stories to Acceptance Test" de Gojko. La formation est ponctuée d'ateliers pratiques qui donneront aux participants une première expérience "terrain". Elle vise des équipes pluri-disciplinaires (Business Analysts, Product Owners, dévelopeurs et testers).

of truth for testing and development
- How to avoid functional gaps and inconsistencies in specifications and tests
- How to run specification workshops to facilitate collaboration
- Good practices for designing specifications with examples and acceptance tests for agile teams
- How to create a living documentation system to facilitate change and improve your process long-term
- How other teams, from small web startups to large distributed teams in investment banks, apply specification by example in their contexts.

Gojko Adzic
Gojko est un Consultant senior spécialisé dans la livraison de logiciels stratégiques qui aide les équipes à améliorer la qualité de leurs produits et de leurs pratiques. Il est spécialisé dans l'amélioration des pratiques Lean et Agiles, en particulier les tests agiles, les spécifications et le BDD (Behavior Driven Development).
Durant sa carrière, il a évolué en tant que développeur, architecte, directeur technique et consultant sur des plateformes et des applications marchandes, des applications mobiles, dans l'e-commerce, les jeux en ligne et la gestion de configuration.
Gojko intervient fréquemment lors de conférences autour du développement logiciel et est le leader du UK Agile Testing User Group. Il est l'auteur de nombreux ouvrages tels que "Specifications by Example" et "Bridging the Communication Gap".
